+Create your account by clicking "Sign In" on the upper right of the page.
+Register for the conference (and reserve your lunches) by clicking "Participation" in the menu on the left of the page.  ''Make sure which lunches you reserve (we recommend to reserve all the three, since there are very few restaurants near the conference venue)''.
+Reserve your hotel room by clicking "Accommodations" in the menu.  You can select which days you stay ''after'' selecting the room type.  (For other days ''not'' offered in the system, ask the agency by e-mail: kansai_gakkai AT nta.co.jp.)  Note also that the rate for ''twin rooms'' is ''per person'' for ''double occupancy''.
+Make your payment by clicking "Payment" in the menu.

About visas: If you are an invited speaker, an author of an accepted paper, or a PC member and need a visa, please contact the local chair (sumii AT ecei.tohoku.ac.jp) as soon as possible.  Otherwise, we cannot issue any document.

Additional information for Japanese participants:
-Even if you cannot make your payment before April 1, please just ''register at your earliest convenience'' and ''pay by April 2'' so that we can estimate the number of participants.  (Depending on your grant, your business office may require that you pay in the new fiscal year.)
-If your business office requires a separate receipt for the banquet, please tell them that it is free.  The cost of the banquet is covered by the sponsors.  Print out this page if necessary.  (National universities may just deduct half of the "shoku-taku-ryou" from your "shuku-haku-ryou" for the free banquet.)
