Homework 1

Find an example of significant software defects reported in a major
newspaper (or its online version), and summarize it in several lines
(either in English or in Japanese).  Make sure to specify the name of
the newspaper, and the date and page number of the article you
referred to (or the URL of its online version).

The subject line of the e-mail must be

  software homework 1

all in lower case and ascii (Ⱦ³Ñ) characters.

Write your student id (including all alphabets and digits) and full
name in the first line of the message body of the e-mail.
