                             SCAM 2003

  Nineteenth IEEE International Conference on Software Maintenance,
                             (ICSM 2003)
             Fifth IEEE  Workshop on Web Site Evolution,
                          (WSE 2003)

   Sponsored by Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers
                                (IEEE)




Following the success of the first Source Code Analysis and Manipulation
in Florence on the 10th November 2001 and the second in Montreal on the
1st October 2002, it was decided to hold a similar workshop in Amsterdam
on 27th September 2003.

Proceedings will be published by the IEEE Computer Society Press. There
will also be a special issue of the Software Quality Journal for
extended versions of selected papers from SCAM 2003.



Deadline for submission : 11th April 2003
Notification : 16th June 2003
Camera Ready Due : 16th July 2003
Workshop : 27th September 2003


The Source Code Analysis and Manipulation workshop focuses upon
algorithms and tools for source code analysis and manipulation, tools
which implement them and ways in which the techniques can be combined.
The workshop is a forum for discussion and exchange of ideas.
